H-E-B to build a new store in Georgetown

Another H-E-B is coming to fast-growing Georgetown.The retail bellwether’s latest store will anchor Barshop and Oles Co.’s planned 31-acre shopping center, Parmer Ranch Marketplace, according to planning documents and Barshop and Oles partner Milo Burdette.

New shopping center under construction in Georgetown

A new shopping center will be developed in Georgetown that will add 120,000 square feet to the suburb’s retail market. The Cedar Breaks West Shopping Center, which will be anchored by a 23,000-square-foot Sprouts Farmers Market grocery store, will rise on the northwest corner of Williams and Wildwood drives.
