The Novak Brothers, developers of The Brownstone at The Summit in the Summit at Rivery Park development, were recently awarded the Texas Association of Builders Star Award.

The award was in the Custom Builder Best Architectural Design of Attached Home with the price range of $500,000-$750,000.
